A prestigious brand with British inspiration
"If you're buying a pair of handmade glasses or sunglasses, you want to see the tiny inaccuracies, the straight, rough edges of the plastic - they give character to the frame, making the wearer unique too. - Graham Cutler
Founded in 1969, British luxury eyewear brand Cutler and Gross combines the best of Italian craftsmanship with an unmistakably fashionable style. Since its inception in the heyday of fashion, the brand's signature creativity has been applied to sunglasses and optical frames with their signature numbered patterns and absence of ostentatious logos.
Considered bastions of iconic eyewear, Graham Cutler and Tony Gross' frames continue to grace many of the most recognisable faces in the world of art, design, music and film. Today, the brand has shops in the UK, North America and Canada, and is distributed in selected department stores, optical shops and concept shops worldwide.
Cutler and Gross launch new Kingsman collection
The long-standing creative relationship with the Kingsman series continues. Cutler and Gross is launching its third Kingsman collection for Autumn/Winter 2021.
In collaboration with director and long-time Cutler and Gross client Matthew Vaughn, six new frames will be added to the existing Kingsman collections.
As with previous contributions to the Kingsman franchise, this new collection is inspired by the specific plot of The KingsMan and the clothing details of each film's storyline, which takes place before and during World War I.
This means that you can expect to see classic military colours and traditional dress silhouettes reinterpreted in a modern light.
The Cutler and Gross design team continues to work closely with the Kingsman brand to create classic British-inspired eyewear styles that are handcrafted exclusively in their workshop in the Italian Dolomites.
The highly anticipated blockbuster from 20th Century Studios was released worldwide on Boxing Day and stars Ralph Fiennes, Gemma Arterton, Rhys Ifans, Matthew Goode, Tom Hollander, Harris Dickinson, Daniel Brühl, as well as Djimon Hounsou and Charles Dance.
The new Kingsman Eyewear collection is available at Cutler and Gross shops, selected retailers worldwide and online. For more information on the Cutler and Grossbrand
